The tablet

A rugged tablet, built for the shop floor

The hardware is deliberately simple and robust: a proven tablet in a reinforced rugged case, mounted magnetically — no drilling, no PLC wiring. It shrugs off chips, dust and oil.

Pulse — real OEE, without touching the machine

A sensor that clips onto the signal beacon (or reads the machine signal) and counts cycles. No PLC wiring, no machine too old — even a 30-year-old lathe works.

HUB Vision — the eyes of the shop floor

A magnetic, battery-powered camera that you move from machine to machine. It sends photos of the process into MECAFLOW — on an interval, on demand, and automatically when a breakdown is reported. "Is it still running?" — answered in one image.
