A certificate of industrial-standards practice to showcase apprentice machinists
Bienne (BE), July 5, 2026. The CFC validates the trade. MECAFLOW proposes to add proof to it: an attestation, verifiable online, that the apprentice has practised the standards of the modern industrial workshop on a daily basis — CMMS, Lean, performance indicators and safety.
Attesting to practice, not theory
The certificate is neither a grade nor a duplicate of the CFC. It attests that the person has genuinely used the tools of the industrial workshop: logging a breakdown in a CMMS, applying 5S, reading an indicator, following a safety procedure. A record of use, not an exam.
What the certificate tells an employer
A recruiter knows what a CFC is worth. What they don't know is whether the young person has ever used a CMMS or read an efficiency rate. The certificate answers that question and signals a faster grasp of the company's tools.
Verifiable and understated
Presented as a premium badge with a seal and an online verification QR code, the certificate never lists CFC competencies and shows no grade: those elements belong to the official qualification. It focuses on the practice of industrial standards.

Frequently asked questions
Does the certificate replace the CFC?
No. It does not replace the CFC and does not duplicate it: it attests to practice of the industrial workshop's standards (CMMS, Lean, KPIs, safety), as a complement.
How do you verify a certificate?
Each certificate carries a QR code linking to an online verification page.
