MF·MNT  Maintenance family

The breakdown reported, fixed, tracked. The workshop that doesn't stop.

A breakdown shouldn't be relayed by phone and end up scribbled on a piece of cardboard. In MECAFLOW, the operator reports the stoppage from the workstation, the machine turns red everywhere, and the intervention runs through to the restart — parts deducted, history kept, indicators up to date on their own.

What the Maintenance family does

A full CMMS, not a breakdown logbook

From reporting at the workstation to reliability indicators, every piece of maintenance lives in the same place — connected to machines, parts and work orders.

BREAKDOWN
Report a breakdown in three gestures

The operator reports the stoppage from the workstation; the machine turns red everywhere — kiosk, TV, fleet view — until it's back in service.

PREVENTIVE
Periodic preventive maintenance

Every piece of equipment carries its recurring interventions; due dates come up on their own and feed the "Upcoming" hub.

WORK ORDER
From ticket to work order

A report becomes a work order that's assigned, scheduled and tracked, with no re-entry.

STOCK
Spare parts deducted

Parts used are deducted from stock when the work order is closed; a low-stock threshold warns you before you run out.

KPI
MTBF, MTTR, availability

Indicators are calculated from actual history, with a failure Pareto to target the real causes of downtime.

LOTO
LOTO lockout

The lockout/tagout procedure is defined machine by machine, with the required PPE at the workstation.

THIRD PARTIES
Service providers and contracts

Suppliers, maintenance contracts and warranties are attached to the equipment; warranty expiry surfaces in time.

ROUNDS
Rounds and inspections

Checkable rounds track the fleet's condition over time and open a ticket at the first defect.

Getting started

From reporting to a fleet under control

Three steps, no sensor required to start. Data capture comes next, at your own pace.

1

Set up your fleet

Create your machines, their parts and their periodic interventions. A QR code and a PIN at the workstation are enough to start — no sensor required.

2

Capture breakdowns

Every stoppage is reported at the workstation and becomes a work order; parts used come out of stock on closure, and the history fills itself in.

3

Steer by the numbers

MTBF, MTTR, availability and the failure Pareto show where the workshop is losing time — and where to win it back.

Frequently asked questions

What workshop managers ask

Do I need to install sensors on the machines?

No. MECAFLOW starts with simple entry, using a QR code and a PIN at the workstation. Data capture is progressive: you add a sensor, then a machine connection, only when you decide to.

How does the parts stock stay accurate?

Each part used on a work order is automatically deducted from stock when the order is closed. A low-stock threshold per reference warns you before you run out, so you can reorder in time.

Which maintenance indicators are available?

MTBF, MTTR and availability are calculated from the actual breakdown history, along with a failure Pareto. You see which machines and which causes weigh most heavily on your downtime.

Are preventive maintenance and warranties tracked automatically?

Yes. Recurring interventions generate their due dates in an "Upcoming" hub, and service contracts as well as warranties surface before they expire. Nothing slips through the cracks.
