MF·PIL  Steering family

Your whole workshop at a glance. One screen.

Running a workshop shouldn't mean opening ten tabs just to know where things stand. The MECAFLOW dashboard brings open orders, alerts and deadlines together on one screen — and shows the same status in real time on the workshop wall.

What the Steering family does

Your whole workshop, brought together on one steering station

Steering pulls together what used to be scattered across spreadsheets and sharp memories: order status, alerts and deadlines, in one place and always up to date.

LIVE
Real-time dashboard

Counters by status and clickable KPI cards; each tile opens the list behind it.

AI BRIEF
The daily briefing

A written summary every morning — priorities, delays, points to watch — before you've even opened a tab.

ALERTS
Consolidated workshop alerts

Breakdowns, missing tooling, low stock and overdue rounds all flow into the same place.

90 DAYS
Aggregated deadlines

Calibrations, contracts, PPE and upcoming preventive maintenance, brought together on a single 90-day horizon.

FLOOR PLAN
Visual workshop plan

Every machine colour-coded by status; you can read the fleet's state without clicking.

FLEET
Machines tab

Your entire fleet in one place: record, status, history and deadlines for each machine.

WALL SCREEN
Self-adapting wall display

The whole fleet fits on screen, whatever the number of machines, and stays readable from four metres away.

How it works

From the morning glance to the workshop screen

Three levels of detail, from the fastest to the most granular — no sensor needed to get started.

1

The morning briefing

You open MECAFLOW: the AI briefing sums up the night and the day ahead. Alerts and deadlines are already sorted.

2

The dashboard

Counters by status, clickable KPI cards, a visual plan of the fleet. One click takes you from the overview down to the exact list.

3

The wall screen

The same status is shown on the workshop TV. The display adapts: ten machines or a hundred, everything fits.

Frequently asked questions

What workshop managers ask

Do I need to install sensors to use the dashboard?

No. Steering works as soon as you use QR + PIN logging at the workstation. Sensors and machine connectivity can be added later, once you want automatic measurements; they are never a prerequisite.

Where do the displayed alerts come from?

They are consolidated from the workshop modules: reported breakdowns, missing tooling, low stock and overdue rounds. Everything flows into one place, without you having to monitor each tab.

What does the 90-day deadline horizon cover?

Instrument calibrations, contractor agreements, PPE and upcoming preventive maintenance. Deadlines are aggregated and ordered, so you can anticipate rather than react.

Does the wall display stay readable with a large fleet?

Yes. The display automatically adapts to the number of machines so everything fits on screen, and it stays readable from a distance in the workshop.
