MF·RES  Resources Family

The right tool, at the right station. No more treasure hunts.

Hunting for a drill bit, a fixture or an insert shouldn't cost every team twenty minutes. MECAFLOW keeps stock, tooling and drawer sets in one place: every movement is tracked, every loan has a due date, and the visual floor plan leads straight to the slot.

What the Resources family does

The whole workshop finds its resources in one place

Stock, tooling, drawer sets and scheduling live in a single database, made in Switzerland (data in Europe). You start with QR codes and PINs; sensors and machine connectivity can be added later, if and when you need them.

STOCK
Materials and consumables stock

Quantities, alert thresholds and value in one place; you see what's missing before the stockout.

TRACKING
Every movement tracked

Time-stamped inflows and outflows with their author; the history tells you who took what, and when.

GOODS IN
Scan the delivery note

The parcel turns up with twenty part numbers: you drop in the supplier's delivery note, the items are recognised, duplicates flagged and a location suggested. Nothing is created without your approval.

INCREMENT
It adds up, it doesn't duplicate

You had twelve Ø12 drill bits and twenty come in: the item goes to thirty-two. Not a second item under the same name — that is what keeps an inventory credible.

RESTOCK
Restocking triggered at threshold

Below the threshold, the item switches to alert status and joins the restocking list on its own.

DRAWER SETS
Visual drawer set → drawer → slot plan

Click the plan and drill down to the exact slot; no more digging through ten drawers.

QR
QR labels on everything

Every slot and every drawer set carries its QR code; a scan opens the record and leads straight to the right spot.

LOANS
Dated loans, visible overdues

Every loan carries a due date; overdue items stand out and nothing disappears at the back of a workbench.

MY DRAWER SET
My drawer set, return all

The operator sees what they're holding and returns everything in one move at the end of the day.

SCHEDULING
Machine and staff scheduling

A weekly view of machines and teams, slot booking and attendance brought together in one place.

How it works

From alert threshold to the right station, in three steps

No sensor required to get started: a QR code, a PIN, and the workshop knows where every resource is.

1

Store it once, find it every time

Every item, drawer set and slot gets its place and its QR code. The visual plan becomes the map of the workshop.

2

Lend it and track it

A scan opens the dated loan; the due date runs, overdue items surface, and stock drops as items go out.

3

Restock at the right moment

Below the threshold, the alert fires and the restocking list gets ready. You order on figures, not on a hunch.

Frequently asked questions

What workshop managers ask

Do you need a sensor or special hardware to manage stock?

No. Stock, tooling and loans all run on QR codes and PIN codes, from a tablet or a phone. Sensors and machine connectivity can be added later, only if you need them.

How do you know who borrowed a tool and whether it's overdue?

Every loan is dated and linked to a person, with a due date. Overdue items stand out in the list, and "return all" closes out loans at the end of the day.

Do alert thresholds really prevent stockouts?

Every item has its own threshold. As soon as stock drops below it, the item switches to alert status and joins the restocking list. You see the shortage coming instead of being caught out by it.

Where is our stock data hosted?

In Europe, under your organization. Inventory, movements and stock value stay with you, accessible on the shop floor without relying on a spreadsheet sitting on someone's computer.

Put the right tool at the right station — starting this week.

We import your stock and drawer sets, stick on the QR labels, and the workshop stops searching. No sensor needed to start, made in Switzerland (data in Europe).
