Protect the workshop without slowing down the workstation.

Safety shouldn't live in a binder that only comes out the day before an inspection. MECAFLOW puts it at the workstation: the machine's PPE, the instruction to acknowledge, the workshop call in two taps — and every incident goes into a single register, aligned with Suva/FCOS and exportable as PDF.

What the Safety family does

Everything you need to run safety day to day

Not a compliance module bolted onto production: safety lives in the same tool as your orders, your machines and your teams — no sensor required, just simple QR codes and a PIN.

REGISTER
Incident register

Every incident is logged with its severity; those that fall under LAA (occupational accident insurance) are flagged to prepare the declaration to your accident insurer.

PPE
PPE per machine

Each machine carries its own PPE; the operator sees what to wear before starting, not after.

GATE
"Read and understood" gate

At the workstation, access to a machine goes through an instruction acknowledged with one tap — no more starting blind.

MSST
Suva/MSST self-assessment

A questionnaire aligned with the FCOS 6508 directive positions the workshop and surfaces missing vital rules and STOP points.

ANDON
Workshop call (andon)

In two taps, the operator raises a call that reaches staff immediately — without leaving the workstation or breaking traceability.

CHECKS
Recurring checkpoints

Extinguishers, first-aid kits, exits: every check has its due date, its owner and its trail.

EMERGENCY
Emergency contacts

Internal and external numbers displayed at the workstation; no one hunts for a contact during an incident.

PDF
Exportable register

The full history — incidents, checks, calls — exports into a single PDF register, ready for a Suva inspection or an internal audit.

Getting started

Safety enters the flow, not alongside it.

Three steps to move from a binder to safety that's live, logged and ready to present — without adding work at the workstation.

1

Set up each machine

Define once the PPE and safety instructions for each machine. They then appear at the workstation, at every access, with the "read and understood" acknowledgement.

2

The workshop self-assesses

The MSST self-assessment positions the workshop against the FCOS 6508 directive and surfaces the vital rules and STOP points to address first.

3

Everything is logged, everything exports

Incidents, recurring checks and workshop calls feed a single register, exportable as PDF for Suva or an audit.

Frequently asked questions

What workshop managers ask

Does MECAFLOW replace my MSST obligations?

No. MECAFLOW replaces neither your occupational physician nor your workplace safety specialist. The self-assessment aligned with the FCOS 6508 directive helps you see where your workshop stands and document what is in place; the responsibility and the sign-off remain yours.

Do I need sensors for the safety module?

No. The incident register, PPE, the workstation gate, the andon and the recurring checks all run on simple QR codes and a PIN. Sensors and machine connectivity come later, only if you want them.

How does an occupational-accident (LAA) declaration work?

Every incident is logged with its severity. Those that fall under LAA are flagged and gathered in the register, along with the information needed for your accident insurer. MECAFLOW does not file anything on your behalf — it prepares the file.

Won't the andon slow down production?

It's the opposite. The call goes out in two taps without leaving the workstation and reaches staff immediately. The operator reports instead of walking over or waiting, and the event is logged without any re-entry.

Protect the workshop — without adding a minute at the workstation.

Incident register, PPE at the workstation, andon and MSST self-assessment, in a single tool made in Switzerland (data in Europe). Bring your workshop's safety into the flow this week.
